Vendor Application & Information
Saturdays | July 20, 27 & Aug 3, 10, 2019
- Setup: 9-11am
- Event: 12-4pm
- Takedown: 4-5pm
We will process your application as quickly as possible. Please be advised that all applications are subject to approval.
- Fee: $50 per Newton Day. This is non-refundable and payable, by cheque only, upon receipt of invoice
- You will be provided a one (1) 8ft table and 2 (two) chairs
- There will be no electricity available
- Tents are not provided; you are encouraged to bring your own
- If you are selling Food or Drinks, you must provide us with copies of any certificates and/or food permits you require
- If you require additional space, please mention that in the form. You are allowed 2 additional stalls, up to a maximum of 3.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis:
- Newton Town Centre, 7165 138 St, Surrey, BC V3W 7T9
- Coast Capital, 13764 72 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 2P4
- Newton Arena Overflow, 7120 136b St, Surrey, BC Z3W 5E6
Will be made available to as soon as possible.
- Vendors are asked to cancel by Monday at 12 noon before the Saturday market day. By Phone Only! #604-593-2294, no email.
- Fees of accepted vendors are non-refundable, unless exceptional circumstances apply and only at the discretion of Newton Days.
- “No show” vendors will be charged a $100 no show fee and with 2 no shows, will not be allowed to return to the following years Market. Newton Days reserves the right to allow exemptions when the circumstance is due to an emergency and will be made on a case-by-case basis.
